NMI Report Forms
Attention:
All NMI Presidents and/or Pastors
NMI
(Nazarene Missions International) report forms for the assembly year ending
February 29 are listed below. Open the documents and save them as word
documents. You may then fill them out online and return them by attaching
them to an e-mail to Louise Anderson, NMI secretary, at LouiseA8@gmail.com.
If you would like to print the documents and complete them manually, please
mail them to Louise Anderson, 6573 Fox Tree Lane, Lakeland, FL 33813.

unable to print copies of these forms, please contact Louise Anderson or
Wes Eby. We will be glad to send them to you.
Please
note the deadline: March 16. We need this information to prepare for the
Missions Mosaic (NMI convention) on Saturday, April 14, at Winter Haven
First.

goal is 100% of our churches reporting. We look forward to receiving
your reports and noting the exciting things for “missions” that have happened
on the district this past year. |
